Chocolate Mascarpone Cookie Delight
Ingredients:
- 250g of Mascarpone Cheese
 - 100g of Sugar
 - 200g of Dark Chocolate
 - 150g of Crushed Cookies
 
Kitchen Tools Needed:

 - Blender
 - Food Processor
 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
 - In a blender, combine the mascarpone cheese and sugar, blending until smooth and creamy.
 - In a microwave, melt the dark chocolate until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
 - In a food processor, pulse the crushed cookies until they form a fine crumb.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate with the mascarpone mixture, then fold in the cookie crumbs until just combined.
 - Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top evenly.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is set and slightly golden.
 - Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing into squares.
