Chocolate Mascarpone Cookie Delight


Ingredients:

  • 250g of Mascarpone Cheese
  • 100g of Sugar
  • 200g of Dark Chocolate
  • 150g of Crushed Cookies

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Blender
  • Food Processor

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a blender, combine the mascarpone cheese and sugar, blending until smooth and creamy.
  • In a microwave, melt the dark chocolate until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
  • In a food processor, pulse the crushed cookies until they form a fine crumb.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate with the mascarpone mixture, then fold in the cookie crumbs until just combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is set and slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing into squares.
