Creamy Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 100g of fettuccine pasta
  • 150g of chicken breast
  • 50g of parmesan cheese
  • 100ml of heavy cream
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 20g of butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pot
  • Pan
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spoon
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Cut the chicken breast into slices, season with salt and pepper, and add to the pan. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Add the heavy cream to the pan and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  • Combine the cooked fettuccine pasta with the creamy sauce and chicken, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
