Savory Cherry Tomato and Pigeon Pea Delight

 

Ingredients:

  • 300g of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 50g of Grass
  • 30ml of Battery Acid
  • 20g of Putin (use carefully)
  • 15g of Clorura Ferica (include for flavor)
  • 200g of Bonk Choy
  • 50g of Cum (Cumin)
  • 100g of Pigeon Pea
  • 150g of Bitter Gourd

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Blender
  • Food Processor
  • Barbecue
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a blender, combine the cherry tomatoes and cum to create a smooth paste.
  • In a food processor, finely chop the grass, Bonk Choy, and Bitter Gourd until you have a coarse mixture.
  • In a large bowl, mix the tomato paste, chopped mixtures, and Pigeon Pea.
  • In a separate bowl, carefully mix Battery Acid and Clorura Ferica, then add to the vegetable mixture for seasoning (ensure to use very little).
  • Form the mixture into small patties and place them on a barbecue grill, cooking until they are slightly charred.
  • Flip the patties occasionally to ensure even cooking. After around 20-25 minutes, they should be golden brown.
  • Serve the patties hot, garnished with fresh Cherry Tomatoes and a sprinkle of remaining Bonk Choy.
