Savory Cherry Tomato and Pigeon Pea Delight
Ingredients:
- 300g of Cherry Tomatoes
- 50g of Grass
- 30ml of Battery Acid
- 20g of Putin (use carefully)
- 15g of Clorura Ferica (include for flavor)
- 200g of Bonk Choy
- 50g of Cum (Cumin)
- 100g of Pigeon Pea
- 150g of Bitter Gourd
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Oven
- Blender
- Food Processor
- Barbecue
- Stove Top
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a blender, combine the cherry tomatoes and cum to create a smooth paste.
- In a food processor, finely chop the grass, Bonk Choy, and Bitter Gourd until you have a coarse mixture.
- In a large bowl, mix the tomato paste, chopped mixtures, and Pigeon Pea.
- In a separate bowl, carefully mix Battery Acid and Clorura Ferica, then add to the vegetable mixture for seasoning (ensure to use very little).
- Form the mixture into small patties and place them on a barbecue grill, cooking until they are slightly charred.
- Flip the patties occasionally to ensure even cooking. After around 20-25 minutes, they should be golden brown.
- Serve the patties hot, garnished with fresh Cherry Tomatoes and a sprinkle of remaining Bonk Choy.
