Protein-Packed Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 50g of rolled oats
- 250ml of almond milk
- 30g of protein powder
- 10g of chia seeds
- 10g of peanut butter
- 1 medium banana sliced
- A pinch of salt
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Saucepan
- Stirring Spoon
- Bowl
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and a pinch of salt.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the oats have absorbed the milk and the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in the protein powder until well blended.
- In a bowl, transfer the oatmeal and top with chia seeds, peanut butter, and banana slices.
- Serve warm and enjoy your protein-packed meal.
