Protein-Packed Oatmeal


Ingredients:

  • 50g of rolled oats
  • 250ml of almond milk
  • 30g of protein powder
  • 10g of chia seeds
  • 10g of peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • A pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Saucepan
  • Stirring Spoon
  • Bowl

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and a pinch of salt.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the oats have absorbed the milk and the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in the protein powder until well blended.
  • In a bowl, transfer the oatmeal and top with chia seeds, peanut butter, and banana slices.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your protein-packed meal.
