Cinnamon Vanilla Butter Cake

Ingredients:

  • 200g of All Purpose Flour
  • 100ml of Milk
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 100g of Clarified Butter
  • 50g of Butter

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Blender
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a blender, combine 200g of all purpose flour, 100ml of milk, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 100g of clarified butter, and 50g of butter.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes before serving.
