In a blender, combine 200g of all purpose flour, 100ml of milk, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 100g of clarified butter, and 50g of butter.
Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes before serving.
