Cranberry Chicken Toast with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Bread
  • 100g of Chicken
  • 50g of Mushrooms
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 50g of Cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 50ml of Milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 teaspoon of Honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Stove Top
  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a frying pan on the stove top, melt the butter over medium heat and add the chopped onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • In a blender, combine the cooked chicken, cranberries, mayonnaise, egg, milk, honey, sugar, and vanilla essence, and blend until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture over the slices of bread, then place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake in the oven for about 2-3 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the topping is heated through.
