Cranberry Chicken Toast with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Bread
 - 100g of Chicken
 - 50g of Mushrooms
 - 1 small Onion
 - 2 cloves of Garlic
 - 50g of Cranberries
 - 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
 - 1 egg
 - 50ml of Milk
 - 1 tablespoon of Butter
 - 1 teaspoon of Honey
 - 1 teaspoon of Sugar
 - 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
 - In a frying pan on the stove top, melt the butter over medium heat and add the chopped onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
 - In a blender, combine the cooked chicken, cranberries, mayonnaise, egg, milk, honey, sugar, and vanilla essence, and blend until smooth.
 - Spread the mixture over the slices of bread, then place them on a baking tray.
 - Bake in the oven for about 2-3 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the topping is heated through.
