 Holiday Herb Roast Turkey Breasts


Ingredients:

  • 2 turkey breasts (300g each)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 120ml of chicken broth
  • 4 sprigs of fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking dish
  • Meat thermometer
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and minced garlic to make a marinade.
  • Place the turkey breasts in a baking dish and rub the marinade all over them.
  • Pour the chicken broth into the baking dish around the turkey breasts.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve garnished with sprigs of fresh parsley.
