Holiday Herb Roast Turkey Breasts
Ingredients:
- 2 turkey breasts (300g each)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 120ml of chicken broth
- 4 sprigs of fresh parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Oven
- Baking dish
- Meat thermometer
- Cutting board
- Knife
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and minced garlic to make a marinade.
- Place the turkey breasts in a baking dish and rub the marinade all over them.
- Pour the chicken broth into the baking dish around the turkey breasts.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve garnished with sprigs of fresh parsley.
