
Gluten-Free Christmas Cake
Ingredients:
- 200g of almond flour
 - 150g of coconut sugar
 - 4 large eggs
 - 100g of unsweetened applesauce
 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
 - 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
 - 150g of mixed dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
 - 50g of walnuts, chopped
 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
 
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Oven
 - Mixing Bowl
 - Spatula
 - Cake Pan
 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
 - In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
 - Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
 - Fold in the mixed dried fruits and chopped walnuts.
 - Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 - Let the cake cool before serving.
