Quick Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 100g of All Purpose Flour
- 50g of Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 30ml of Milk
- 50g of Butter
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Mixing bowl
- Whisk
- Baking tray
- Oven
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and milk to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
- Gradually add the all purpose flour to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
