Quick Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 100g of All Purpose Flour
  • 50g of Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 30ml of Milk
  • 50g of Butter

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Baking tray
  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and milk to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
  • Gradually add the all purpose flour to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
