Creamy Orange Milk Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 500ml of Milk
  • 2 Oranges, juiced and zested

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top
  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, combine the 500ml of milk and the juice and zest of 2 oranges over medium heat.
  • Stir the mixture gently until it comes to a simmer.
  • Once simmering, pour the mixture into the pressure cooker and secure the lid.
  • Cook on low pressure for 2 minutes, then release the pressure quickly.
  • Once done, pour the pudding into serving bowls and let it cool slightly before serving.
