Creamy Orange Milk Pudding
Ingredients:
- 500ml of Milk
- 2 Oranges, juiced and zested
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Stove Top
- Pressure Cooker
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine the 500ml of milk and the juice and zest of 2 oranges over medium heat.
- Stir the mixture gently until it comes to a simmer.
- Once simmering, pour the mixture into the pressure cooker and secure the lid.
- Cook on low pressure for 2 minutes, then release the pressure quickly.
- Once done, pour the pudding into serving bowls and let it cool slightly before serving.
