 Holiday Chocolate Mint Parfait


Ingredients:

  • 100g of dark chocolate
  • 150g of whipped cream
  • 30g of peppermint extract
  • 50g of crushed chocolate cookies
  • 30g of fresh mint leaves

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • glass dessert cup
  • mixing bowl
  • spoon
  • whisk

Instructions:

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a mixing bowl over a double boiler.
  • In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the melted chocolate and peppermint extract into the whipped cream until well combined.
  • In a glass dessert cup, layer the crushed chocolate cookies at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of the chocolate mint mixture over the cookies.
  • Repeat the layers until the cup is filled, finishing with a layer of the chocolate mint mixture on top.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves on the top before serving.
